When will ornaments be listed for purchase?
We typically offer our handmade wooden ornaments from October to December. Once we start sales for the season, Kami will announce sales on her Facebook fan page and we will also send out an email notification to our mailing list subscribers.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We try to ship the orders within 3-5 business days after receiving them. We are a two-man show (Kami and her daughter, Callie) so if we have a high volume of orders or have a delay in supplies we might be a tad slower. Shipping rates depend on USPS and, for our international customers, their local customs and postal service.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Unfortunately, as we are a very small operation, just Kami and her daughter, Callie, we are unable to offer any kind of incentive for large orders. We hand-make every ornament so bulk orders are not any faster or easier for us than a regular customer’s order would be.
